Quality Manager

For our client, a fast-growing technology company operating in the advanced aerial surveillance industry, is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to strengthen its organization. As a Quality Manager, you will design and implement a fully integrated quality management system from the ground up. You will take ownership of the entire quality lifecycle, from concept to customer delivery. In order to ensure independency from the rest of the organization, you will report directly to the CEO.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Establish and implement an integrated Quality Management System
• Drive quality improvements across engineering, supply chain, and production
• Contribute to quality assurance during the design and development phase
• Lead Supplier Quality Assurance activities
• Ensure quality control within manufacturing processes
• Oversee final inspections prior to customer delivery
• Implement effective traceability processes
• Build and lead a dedicated quality team over time

 Your Profile

• Senior-level experience in Quality Management within high-tech manufacturing environments
• Experience in the aerospace, or advanced electronics industry is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of lightweight materials such as composites, plastics, and fiber-based materials
• Proven experience in setting up or transforming Quality Management Systems
• Experience in scale-up or fast-growing organizations is a strong advantage
• Strong understanding of electronics quality assurance and traceability
• Fluent in English, Dutch language skills are preferred but not required
• Residing in the Netherlands
